How long does it take to receive approval?
Requests are typically reviewed within 2-3 days, but can sometimes take up to 10 days, so we recommend submitting your application at least 2 weeks in advance. If you need space for a last-minute event, please complete your application online and then call the facility office to request expedited review.
The base fees are shown for the facility I want to use, but what other fees might be included?
This all depends on which facility you choose, the day of the week and time of day you request, what amenities or options you request, etc. We may have to include fees for custodial services, for example, or charge you if you want to use a projector or microphone. Once you submit your request and it's approved, we will provide you with a complete breakdown of costs before you confirm your rental and submit your payment.
What if I want to request a facility that does not show up on this site?
All of the facilities that our district has agreed to make available for community use are listed on this site. If you feel that a particular facility has been mistakenly been excluded from this site, please contact the facility office directly.
